2. Once you find the universities which are offering you subject, the next step is to get an acceptance letter from any of the professors at the department/college. It is better to search the profile of the professor and know about his/her interests/research work. An acceptance letter is not necessary but it increases your chances of selection.
3. Fill the form on laihua.csc.edu.cn website and then print it. (You have to make an account first so register yourself at the website.)
4. If needed, apply online on the university website as well. You can find this out by visiting the website of the respective university.
5. Take a print out of this online application/form as well.
6. Prepare all the supporting documents required.
a. CV
b. Passport
c. Certificates of Highest Education (Notarized Copy)
d. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized Copy)
e. Recommendation letters
f. English proficiency certificate
g. Physical examination certificate from local Govt Hospital
h.Study Plan (1000/800 words) for Master, Research Proposal for PhD
i. Other certificates; Experience, Internship, Skills, etc
j. Research Papers (if any)
7. Send 2 - 3 sets of documents to the University International Students Office address. It depends on the university how many copies they need, you can confirm this from the University International Students Office. If 2 sets are required then it means 1 original set (Notary attested) and 1 photocopy.
